Flavorful, moist coconut cake and the most delicious cream cheese frosting.  The buttermilk and almond extract in the recipe make all the difference.

A few years ago, Vanessa adapted the recipe to make a layer cake because it would keep better, and it has been a mainstay of the Cafe & Bakery ever since.
